Support is now online via Zendesk
We believe in quality support and Zendesk provides us with that. Contact us with your problems at support@noisynature.net which will automatically generate your account and your support ticket. You can then create a password for your account or create your account at our Zendesk. Please make the title and description fit your problem, you can even attach images files that could help us provide a quicker solution (though we suggest you login to the Zendesk platform for that).
Once you created a ticket you will be emailed all the updates accordingly via email or you can access/create your account at our Zendesk. We hope you enjoy this service, we are also available to discuss support issues at our support forum.
